Welcome to Student Employment at Earlham!
Every year over half of the student body works on campus. Student jobs are available in a wide variety of departments and offer you the opportunity to gain valuable transferable skills that prepare you for the future. We are here to help you in a variety of ways:
- Help Earlham students find on- and off-campus work-study jobs.
- Help faculty and staff as well as local employers hire Earlham students.
- Provide guidance and resources for students and their supervisors.

Most student jobs pay federal minimum wage at $9.00/hour. Students get paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
