Most U.S. veterinary schools require applicants to gain significant veterinary experience before applying for admission. These experiences will help you learn about the profession you wish to enter and will inform your decision to apply to veterinary school.

Location: Logues TLC Pet Hospital

What will you do: Logue’s offers quality, compassionate pet care.  They are committed to providing exceptional service to, while maintaining the highest standard of medical care for pets.  They believe that pets are part of the family, and in their comfortable, caring atmosphere, they are treated with the importance they deserve.

Students job shadowing at Logue can expect to observe the following services:

  • Soft Tissue & Orthopedic Surgeries

Requirements: Apply to the Health Externship Program* (semester prior to the requested start).

Hours Available: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (8-Noon; 2-6 pm)
