12+ Fellowship Program

“With guided oversight from 12+ headquarters, Fellows are commissioned to create a college-going culture within our PLUS Center. Fellows are staffed full-time for ten months to create one-on-one relationships with students of all grade levels and to mentor, inspire, and empower students to go beyond the 12th grade.”

12+ is a post-graduation fellowship program in which participants work intensively with Philadelphia-area youth to help them plan for and acheive the possibility of continuing their education after the 12th grade. Fellows will receive a living stipend of $2000/month, health/dental/life insurance benefits, paid time off, and monthly transportation subsidy.

Who May Apply

To be eligible for a 12+ Fellowship, you must:

  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Complete your degree before the fellowship begins
  • In addition, Fellows will “resonate with the mission of 12+ and have a heart for empowering students and urban communities, patience and persistence, willingness to learn and develop skills, and volunteer or leadership experience”

Award Description and Duration

Fellows will receive a living stipend of $2000/month, health/dental/life insurance benefits, paid time off, and monthly transportation subsidy. 10-month term
