Kevin is the chief financial manager and organizational administrator responsibilities, and also manages ELPC’s Midwest High-Speed Rail Network Project. Kevin previously served as the principal policy associate and deputy chief of staff to Rhode Island Gov. Bruce Sundlun. During this roundtable, Kevin will talk about his career and what it means to embrace people-centered environmental policy.
